Casa Grande can be booked directly with us, but also via regular websites such as Booking.com, VRBO and Airbnb. When booking with us, you pay no commission. If you prefer a different payment method, please contact us. A reservation is only final once we have sent you a confirmation and the deposit has been paid.
Check-in from 3:00 PM (luggage drop-off from 12:00 PM). Check-out by 10:00 AM at the latest. Late check-out until 12:00 PM free of charge if no new guests are arriving. Late check-out until 5:00 PM for a fee of 100 euros.
We ask for a deposit of 30% upon booking. We ask for another 30% no later than 7 days before arrival. The remaining balance can be paid on arrival or on site upon arrival. Payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, credit card (Revolut), and cash is also possible on arrival.
We may charge a security deposit of €200 upon arrival. This will be fully refunded when the property is left in good condition.
Up to 2 months before arrival: You will receive the deposit back minus 100 euros in administration costs. Cancelling between 2 months and 7 days before arrival: the 30% deposit is forfeited. Cancelling within 7 days: the full deposit is forfeited.
The municipality of Landsmeer charges 7% tourist tax on the total booking amount. The tourist tax is included in the total booking price, as well as the cleaning costs.

9292.nlA day pass in Amsterdam is not valid in Landsmeer. However, you can now pay with your credit card on buses, trams, metros and trains throughout the Netherlands. When boarding, tap your credit card or debit card on the payment terminal, and when getting off, use the same credit card or debit card to check out.
At Amsterdam Noord metro station you can park your car and then take the metro into the city centre. This is cheaper and faster than parking in Amsterdam, where parking is very expensive and finding a parking spot can be difficult.
Taxi from Schiphol: approximately 60-75 euros. Uber is also available. Private transfer service possible: 50 euros regardless of the number of people.
No more guests than booked without prior consultation. Extra guests always by arrangement. Smoking only outside (backyard or first-floor balcony). No nuisance to the neighbours. Casa Grande is meant for being together and enjoying yourselves.
