Booking and payment

  • Deposit: 30%
  • Security deposit: €200
  • Booking directly with Casa Grande means no commission. Deposit: 30% at time of booking. Remaining balance upon arrival or in advance. Payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, credit card. Security deposit: 200 euro cash upon arrival, refunded if the property is left in good condition.

Cancellation

Up to 2 months before arrival: deposit refunded minus 100 euro administration fee. Between 2 months and 7 days: 30% deposit forfeited. Within 7 days: full deposit forfeited. Pandemic or force majeure: full refund.

House rules

  • No more people than booked without prior consultation.
  • Smoking outside only (back garden or first-floor balcony).
  • Music is allowed indoors, provided it does not disturb the neighbours.
