Booking

Casa Grande can be booked through the regular major booking websites, such as Booking.com, VRBO (Home Away) and Airbnb, but you can also book directly with us, so that you do not have any extra costs for the reservation. You can book with the above “Book now” button. We require a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount. You can make the pre payment by bank transfer, Pay-Pal and credit card. If you prefer a different payment method, please contact us. You will always receive a confirmation from us when booking, so that the booking is guaranteed to be noted.

In our calendar you see standard prices for week and weekend days for 2 persons.  The prices in the calendar are not always updated, so if you want to see actual prices you can go to our listing on airbnb, or you can send us a price request by e-mail, info@casagrandelandsmeer.nl 

Check-in and check-out

You can check in from 2 p.m. If we do not have guests who have to check out the same day, it is possible to check in early. If this is not possible, you can arrive earlier than 2 p.m. to drop off the luggage in advance.

Check-out is before 10:00 am. If no new guests arrive the same day, it is possible to check out later until 12:00. If you wish to check out later until 5 p.m. at the latest, we ask a fee of € 50.

Terms of payment

When booking we ask for a 30% deposit. The remainder of the principal can be paid upon arrival at the home. If you wish to pay the full amount in advance, that is also possible. If you prefer this, let us know before arrival day.

Security deposit

We ask for a € 200 deposit. This must be paid in cash upon arrival. If at check-out the house looks neat and there are no details, you will receive the deposit back. Any damage or things that are missing will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation policy

  • If you cancel 2 months or more before the arrival date, we will refund the deposit, with a deduction of € 100 in administration costs. If you decide to stay with us later, you will receive this € 100 back as a discount.
  • If you cancel between 2 months and 7 days before the arrival date, we will keep the deposit. If you decide to stay with us later, you will receive 50% of this amount as a discount for a subsequent booking.
  •  If you cancel within 7 days before arrival, you owe us the full down payment.
  • Cancellations related to inability to travel due to a pandemic are fully refundable.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax in Landsmeer is 7% of the total booking sum. This percentage can be adjusted in a subsequent year. Please take this into account if you book for the next year.

Transport

Car

The house can be reached from the A10 highway to Amsterdam by exit S117. Follow the road into the village and after 300 meters you will see the house on the right side.

Public transport

Public transport from the house to Amsterdam, but also, for example, to the Dutch coast, Volendam or Zaanse Schans is well organized.

There is a bus stop 80 meters from the house. Bus 319 takes you to the metro in Amsterdam North in 11 minutes. The metro is in 4 minutes at the central station in Amsterdam.

You can use our Public Transport tickets. Each card has a balance of around € 10 and when you check out you only pay for the total amount that is used.  If you lose a public transport (ov) card, we need to charge €20 and the balance on the card. With a mobile app you can check the balance on each card.

You can also park a car at the metro station. If you use the Public transport card, you only have to pay € 1 for a maximum of 24 hours.

Taxi

From Schiphol airport it is about 25 minutes to the house by taxi. The costs can vary but on average the costs will be between € 60 and € 75. We recommend taking an Uber taxi. (For more than 4 persons Uber black).

We can also provide transfer to and from Schiphol airport for € 50. If you want transfer to Amsterdam, this is possible for € 25 (depending on our availability).
